My clients run the gamut from students and early career professionals to senior-level executives, and everyone in between.

Over 11 years of working in the world of executive search recruitment, I have partnered with clients in Calgary and globally on recruitment strategies that align with organizational needs and drive growth.

I know what hiring teams are looking for and how to best present yourself as an applicant.

In my executive search work, I am dedicated to ensuring positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process and supporting shortlisted candidates through the interview and offer stages.
